At OKTAGON Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Locate the return form included in your original package or download it from our website to specify if you require a refund or a size exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our central warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
